New markets: Conduct due diligence of international partner candidates to help a US peer-to-peer giving platform 'go global'; topline donations expected to drive another +30% yoy growth.
Fundraising:
Cross functional support to build 5 year forecast, identify boutique/best fit investment firm and build investment model
GM improvements: Identify and problem solve organization solutions required to meet GM targets
Identify warm financing leads (CVC/VC)
Commercial growth: Built licensing/franchise distribution model, including commercial structure and pricing
Margin/EBITDA management: Managed supply chain through tariffs, e.g., China manufacturing to redeploy to South East Asia
